Returns & Refunds
We mean what we sell. And we stand behind every piece.
Every Nabbe tee is printed to order and checked before it leaves. Quality is non-negotiable for us. If something isn't right — we'll make it right, no runaround.

Size Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per order, for up to 2 items, within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Tags still attached
In its original packaging

To request an exchange, reach us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, the size you received, and the size you need.
Exchanges are subject to size availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — that's on us, completely.
Raise it within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
An unboxing video (this helps us resolve it faster)

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been initiated.

What We Don't Cover
We don't offer exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Items from sale, limited drops, or bundle offers — unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without original tags and packaging

Since every Nabbe tee is printed on demand specifically for your order, we're unable to process general returns outside of quality or fulfilment errors.

A Note on Sizing
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out before you order — we'd rather help you get the right size the first time.
A manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard across all apparel and is not grounds for an exchange or return.
