Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) and Express Shipping (2–3 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over ₹999. This applies to domestic orders within India.

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
